SECURE: Data rooms are private.  Only you and the companies you inform know that a data room exists.  Data room access is restricted to interested parties who have signed a confidentiality agreement and have been issued with individual security access information.  ‘Viewing only’ is the lowest default setting but Printing and Downloads of files can be authorised to individual interested parties with your agreement.
